Karachi, July 8, 2025 – Pakistani actress and model Humaira Asghar Ali (born October 10, 1992) was discovered dead in her Karachi apartment after a court-ordered eviction due to unpaid rent.
Police forcibly entered her rented flat in Defence Phase VI after a bailiff arrived to reclaim the property. Inside, they found her body in an advanced stage of decomposition. Investigators believe she had died approximately two weeks prior to discovery.
Humaira rose to prominence through her participation in ARY’s reality TV show Tamasha Ghar (Pakistan’s version of Big Brother) and appeared in films such as Jalaibee (2015) and Love Vaccine (2021). She was also active on social media, with over 700,000 followers, and a trained theater artist from Lahore.
The cause of death is currently undetermined. Her body was taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for a post-mortem by Dr. Summaiya Syed, who noted the advanced decomposition, prompting forensic analysis .
